Exchange
We accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Exchanges are not available for dissatisfaction with print quality, fabric feel, or personal preference.
To request an exchange, write to us at hello@bush.art with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. Our team will review and guide you through the process.
Return
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, applicable only to unused and unwashed items with tags intact. Returns are accepted solely for the following reasons: the item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product or size.
We do not accept returns based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with print or fabric quality, or colour variations between screen and actual product — slight differences are inherent to DTG printing on fabric.
Any return request made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, our team will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund past the notified date, please check with your bank first, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@bush.art
